LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA NUMBER 6698 (“KVKK”) INFORMATION TEXT

Processing; In Article 3 of the KVKK, personal data is defined as recording, storing, preserving, changing, reorganizing, explaining, transferring, taking over, making it available, and classification.
A. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The personal data shared with us by the people who contacted our Company for applications, suggestions and complaints made via social media accounts, website and info mail regarding the services and products offered by our Company. Establishing customer satisfaction by detecting complaints is processed by EKONN A.Ş., based on its legitimate interest, under the following conditions.
B. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be processed by EKONN A.Ş for the following purposes within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
1. Answering questions, requests and applications, and being able to contact the person when necessary,
2. Receiving and responding to customer complaints,
3. Obligation to notify Relevant Public Institutions and Organizations, Notary Public, Courts and Prosecutors,
4. Giving information when requested by judicial and administrative authorities,
5. Fulfillment of all other legal obligations.
C. TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED
If your personal data is necessary for the commercial existence of EKONN A.Ş and for the purposes stated above, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK;
1. To the relevant units of our company, to our company's lawyers in case of legal action, and
2. To judicial and administrative authorities, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, it can be transferred.
D. RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON AND THE METHOD OF USE OF THE RIGHTS
The personal data owner "Relevant Person" sends the petition containing the rights and demands set forth in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law to Orhangazi Mah. 1720 Sokak No:1 Esenyurt 34538 Istanbul address via notary public.
Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK No. 6698, everyone has the right to apply to our Company as a data controller:
(1) Everyone, by applying to the data controller;

c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
d) Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law No. 6698,
f) Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
ğ) In case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.
EXPRESS CONSENT TEXT
In accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, I have read, reviewed, evaluated and understood the information on the website regarding the processing and transfer of any personal information I have notified to EKONN A.Ş. The reason, purpose and methods explained, the need to comply with the information storage, reporting and disclosure obligations stipulated by the relevant legal regulations and legal authorities; In the capacity of "Data Controller", it will be recorded in its systems, stored, preserved, updated due to legal requirements and may be disclosed/transferred to domestic and foreign third parties in cases permitted by the legislation and within legal limits, and may be processed in any case in the ways listed in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. I accept and declare that I consent.
I accept, declare and undertake that I have consented that the company may transfer my personal data to its affiliates and official authorities in Turkey and abroad, and that I have been adequately and detailedly informed and enlightened before the processing of my data, therefore I consent to these matters of my own free will.
